Refund Policy

• For cancellations of private and duet appointments made 24 hours in advance, Pure Pilates with Shan will not charge any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full fee.
• For Cancellations of Pilates Reformer Classes and Pilates Mat Classes, made 24 hours in advance, will not incur any fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full fee.
